David Diggs is Senior Advisor at William & Wall. He is a retired executive from Honeywell International, where he led two global chemical businesses—Refrigerants and Electronic Materials—generating more than $1 billion in combined annual revenue. In his leadership of the Refrigerants business, Mr. Diggs managed the global transition away from ozone-depleting substances, guiding regulatory, operational, and commercial execution across international markets. His tenure culminated in the development and commercialization of next-generation refrigerants, advancing from early-stage innovation through global scale deployment. In Electronic Materials, he partnered with leading semiconductor manufacturers to develop critical raw material inputs supporting the next generation of chip technologies.

In addition to his tenure at Honeywell, Mr. Diggs has held senior leadership roles across a diverse range of industries. He served as Chief Executive Officer of DMD Recovery Systems, an electronic equipment recycling company, and held the Integrator role at NextMed, a medical services platform.

Mr. Diggs holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Mr. Diggs is actively engaged in his community. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Pine-Strawberry Water District and has been involved in local civic and philanthropic initiatives. He previously served as Treasurer of his local Boy Scout troop for over a decade, during which his sons achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. He is also the President of the Phoenix Giving Leadership Council for Grateful Giving.
