Michael Tully is Executive Chairman at William & Wall and former CEO of AAA Arizona, where he led its transformation into a top-performing AAA organization. A strategic leader, he has driven growth through innovation and high-performance teams. He serves on corporate and community boards and enjoys hiking, mountaineering, and traveling with his family in Scottsdale.

Tro Panosian is the CEO of William & Wall. Previously, he was CFO of a tech-enabled solutions company and an investment banker at J.P. Morgan’s TMT group in New York City. He graduated in 2015 as the top business school graduate from Arizona State University. Based in Scottsdale, he enjoys traveling, running, and volunteering with his rescue dog, Adzi.
